Since 2012, we have led the effort to improve the health and fitness of our patients who are in their 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and beyond.
We understand the struggle people experience with attempting to remain active as they age.
In 2019 we were able to add to this mission by opening a training facility.

Provide opportunities for continuing lifelong fitness after discharge from Sumner Specialized Physical Therapy
Provide community and build friendships with likeminded individuals who desire to improve their health and wellness.
